Protection in case of illness, accident or Covid-19:

  1. Unlimited assistance 24/7: in case of need, the Europ Assistance Operations Centre will be at your disposal with numerous services such as telephone advice, dispatch of a doctor or ambulance, early return and advance payment of essential expenses.
  2. Medical Expenses: in the event of an accident, illness or Covid-19 infection, you will not incur any costs. Medical, pharmaceutical and hospital expenses are covered within the limits of the coverage included with your stay.
  3. In-patient compensation: if you are hospitalised due to Covid-19, you are entitled to a fixed sum of money, which you can use freely to cover your expenses.

Protection for your car and your family:

  1. Comprehensive assistance for a carefree stay: assistance is also provided for your vehicle, with depannage and roadside assistance, and for family members at home, for whom telephone medical advice and the dispatch of a doctor or ambulance to Italy are provided.
  2. Baggage protection: in the event of theft, loss by the airline or delayed delivery to the destination airport, you will be entitled to a financial contribution to cover the costs, including the replacement of your documents.

Protection in the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay, including Covid-19:

  1. Cancellation of stay: if you have to cancel your stay due to unforeseen circumstances, you can do so with complete peace of mind, thanks to the refund of the cancellation fee.
  2. Early return: if you are forced to interrupt your stay before the end of the term, you can ask for a refund of the cost of the days not used.
