Borgo Smeraldo on Costa Smeralda
Set on a promontory overlooking the unspoilt part of the Costa Smeralda, the seven villas of Borgo Smeraldo are built with exposed stone and wood in the characteristic style of the Stazzi, the farmhouses of the north-east of the island.
Each villa has two or three independent double suites with a large living area and kitchen, and a terracotta and wood exterior around a private heated swimming pool set in a natural garden of myrtle, juniper and lentisk.
myrtle, juniper and mastic trees.
This is the largest of Borgo Smeraldo's villas. It houses four double bedrooms and suites with independent access, a living area served by a kitchen and a covered veranda with dining area overlooking the private garden.
The interiors are surprising for the originality of their combinations: the typical chestnut and reed ceilings, created by the best local craftsmen, are combined with contemporary furnishings, creating a simple and refined refinement that plays with shades of dove grey and turquoise. The Orosei marble bathrooms have large vanity areas and an in-room Jacuzzi.
Each room has independent access to the outside and to the private heated swimming pool with solarium. On a lower floor there is an annexe for guests or domestic help.
*There are 3 cots in the property for a total of 9 guests, including infants*.
