Villa Guasch covers 5000 m2 of fenced-in land (except the entrance).
It is located 1,5 km from the centre of Santa Eularia and the main supermarkets. It is 1 km walk from the Eroski hypermarket, 900 metres walk from the beaches of Niu Blau where you will find a family friendly beach with a Beach Club - Pura Vida - and a typical beach bar for paella and fish - Niu Blau.
The villa has on the ground floor a large living room with sliding doors leading to the garden and pool area. To one side is the large fully equipped kitchen with access to the porch where there is a shaded table for outdoor dining in the evenings.
On the other side of the villa there is a double bedroom and an external bathroom with shower.
Upstairs there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms:
-2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each;
-1 bedroom with a double bed;
-A large bathroom with bath and shower;
-Main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. A small living room with sofa and coffee table.

Swimming pool 10x5 m, barbecue area, sun loungers and parasol.
Wifi, satellite TV, hairdryer, safe, pool towels, Nespresso-like coffee machine and alarm.
Cleaning: Complete cleaning every 7 days. Towel change mid-week.

NOTES: Minimum stay of one week, with check in on Saturday from 3pm and check out on Saturday until 10am. Exceptions can be considered on request.
