Borgo Smeraldo on Emerald Coast
Set on a promontory overlooking the unspoilt part of the Costa Smeralda, the seven villas of Borgo Smeraldo are built with exposed stone and wood in the characteristic style of the Stazzi, the farmhouses of the north-east of the island.
Each villa has two or three independent double suites with a large living area and kitchen, and a terracotta and wood exterior around a private heated swimming pool set in a natural garden of myrtle, juniper and lentisk.
Exposed stone walls, the characteristic openings of the stazzi (the region's rural houses), terracotta verandas sheltered by chestnut and cane pergolas: Villa Ginepro also fits perfectly into the natural landscape of Borgo Smeraldo.
Intense colours of green, gold and pink reign in the master bedroom suite with its chestnut and cane ceiling, large Orosei marble vanity area complete with Jacuzzi, walk-in wardrobe and separate French-style bathroom fittings, as well as in the two large bedrooms with Jacuzzi and independent external access. A kitchen is annexed to the living room, a cosy, comfortable and chic space that opens onto the private garden with lawn and Mediterranean essences.
From the pool area, which enjoys absolute privacy, you can enjoy the most beautiful sunset on the coast.
