Villa Dei Castelli
A unique dwelling
Nestled in the enchanting area of the Alban Hills, at the foot of Monte Cavo in Rocca di Papa, this characteristic villa is on 3 floors with a total of 300 m² and 1,500 meters of garden. Once you cross the porches you enter, through French doors, directly to the living area with a relaxation area with comfortable sofas and fireplace working. Adjacent to this there is the dining area and, to follow, the kitchen equipped with everything you need.
A white staircase connects the entrance to the first floor where there are 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom. From these you can directly access the large wooden balcony that extends along the entire perimeter of the house.
A final staircase connects the first floor to the large attic consisting of living area equipped with three sofa beds and, also in this area, are located the kitchen and a fireplace.
What makes this house even more fascinating is the magical atmosphere that characterizes the area in which it is located. Rocca di Papa is in fact one of the 15 municipalities that are part of the protected area of the regional park of the Castelli Romani known internationally for its food and wine.
