A paradiasic stay
Villa Captiva is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and lays claim to an Instagram-worthy vista of lovely Marigot Bay. It’s a stunner, and with its spacious layout and 5 en suite bedrooms, it’s perfect for a gathering of friends or family. The architecture and décor are sleekly modern and sophisticated with softening touches like French doors in the main house that frame the view and open to a portico furnished for outdoor living and alfresco dining. Fully airconditioned throughout, the main house encompasses interior living and dining areas, a guest bath, and a chef-worthy kitchen outfitted to service a group of ten. The loft features a Smart TV, Apple TV, US and French satellite TV, and foosball.
The en suite bedrooms are housed privately in separate pavilions, four of which have water views and terraces. Two are on the upper level, on opposite sides of the grounds, and two are on the lower level. The 5th bedroom, with a terrace, connects to a bunk room with a bathroom and can function as a 6th bedroom, making this pavilion perfect for parents (or a nanny) with young children. A heated infinity pool appears to spill over into the Bay, and a set of stairs leads down from the pool terrace to a private, sandy man-made beach area with a gazebo for shade-seekers. A pontoon-like dock will please sun worshipers and snorkelers. Captiva has amenities galore, including a well-equipped fitness room.
