Villa Benirras is surrounded by a large green area and is located 2.4 km from Benirrás beach, where you can enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets in Ibiza in complete peace and quiet.

Distribution - on one floor:
- living-dining room with large dining table, TV area equipped with a sofa for 5 people;
- separate gas kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, cooking utensils and crockery, table for 6 persons;
- 2 bedrooms with double beds
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds;
- 1 bathroom with bathtub.

Outside:
- swimming pool (9x4 m) with sun loungers and parasol, surrounded by lawn and a garden with all kinds of fruit trees;
- large covered terrace with barbecue construction.

Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
The price includes full cleaning every 7 nights, with change of bed linen and towels.

NOTES: Minimum stay of one week, with check in on Saturday from 3 p.m. and check out on Saturday until 10 a.m. Exceptions can be made on request.
