VILLA ASHRAM

Villa Ashram of 250 sqm located on a plot of 1,000 sqm just 2.5km from Santa Gertrudis surrounded by a natural environment with fruit trees and pine trees. This villa was built in 2009 in "ibicenco" style with exposed stone on the outside and Sabina beams and ceilings on the inside, it is very cosy, ideal for yoga, families or couples looking for tranquillity.

The villa has a terrace overlooking the lawns, the pool and the forest.

The villa consists of:
- 2 double rooms with two single beds 100x190 (can be joined), en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
- kitchen, compact but well equipped, ceiling fan, appliances, laundry room and access to the back of the house.
- 2 bedrooms with independent access from outside, with 2 single beds each 100x190 (can be joined), en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning.

Outside: garden area, 10x4 infinity pool, with relaxation area and outdoor shower, sun loungers and Balinese bed. Portable gas barbecue.
Full cleaning every 7 days
WIFI, safe, cot, high chair, hairdryer.

In the forest around the house there are some beehives because the owner is passionate about beekeeping.

NOTES: Minimum stay of one week, with check in on Saturday from 3pm and check out on Saturday until 10am. Exceptions can be made on request.
