Luxury in the countryside
At just 3 km from Gaiole in Chianti stands this elegant farmhouse dating back to 1600. This splendid property, located in a bright paradise on a Chianti hill with an enchanting view on the vineyards, is composed of a farmhouse with annexed barn, both completely restored.
Both the main house and the converted barn, characterized by bright interiors and high ceilings, are beautifully decorated with antiques and tasteful modern furniture making the house welcoming and, at the same time, classy.
The main house is on two levels in addition to the tower. On the ground floor there is a double living room with fireplace, spacious and comfortable. Attached to the kitchen and equipped with everything you need is the dining room, elegant place to meet and enjoy delicious meals. Next is the master bedroom with double bed and sofa and bathroom with double shower.
On the second floor there are three double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom. From the large bright living room with corner sofa and fireplace you can directly access the garden through an external staircase.
On the tower, finally, there is the study/library.
The converted barn annex is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large living room with open space kitchen equipped with everything you need and the master bedroom with bathroom. Going up to the second floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a terrace, a swimming pool of 12X6 meters and a heated Jacuzzi.
